Delivery Information

We offer worldwide shipping to bring our designs to fashion lovers around the globe.

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

Shipping Time:

  • Standard Domestic Shipping: 4–7 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days (may vary by destination)
  • Shipping delays may occur during holidays or due to customs processing.

Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your shipping location and selected delivery method. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, so keep an eye on our homepage and emails!

Return Policy

We want you to absolutely love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Dresses must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Accessories or undergarments, if any, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return address. Please do not send items without authorization, as we may not be able to process the return.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds:
Once we receive your return and confirm the item is in its original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include photos and a brief description of the issue. We will make it right by offering a replacement, refund, or store credit.
